Booking & Cancellation Policies
Please read the following policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:
Arrival Time: Recommendation of arriving 10 to 15 minutes prior to your session to secure your spot and settle in. For safety reasons, late arrivals may not be permitted to join if the warm-up portion is complete.
Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend a booked session, please cancel at least two hours in advance. For special wellness experiences, a late cancellation or no-show fee of up to $15 may apply. This policy ensures fairness and availability for all participants.
Refunds and Credits:
Refunds: Refunds can be issued upon request. Please note that a service fee may apply to cover the costs associated with payment processing systems. The exact amount of the service fee will depend on the nature of the refund request.
Credits: If you prefer, you can opt to receive a credit instead of a refund. This credit can be used towards other wellness experiences offered by YogiMandi.
Credit Expiration: Please be aware that credits will expire if not used within six months from the date of issue. To ensure you make the most of your credit, it's recommend scheduling your next session as soon as possible.
Note on Children and Guests: Our wellness sessions are designed for registered participants. To maintain a serene and focused space, we kindly request that sessions are attended by registered individuals only, unless specified otherwise. If this policy does not meet your needs, please feel free to reschedule or cancel your session accordingly.
