We’re across from Princess Plaza, in the Oscar’s Commercial Navy Blue Building Center — between The Creative Space and the Animal Shelter.

You’ll find us in the same building as Eliana Art Studio and Just Nikkie’s Clothing Store.

Our entrance is on the east side of the building.

Free parking is available in the front or back of the building.

While yoga is part of our foundation, we also offer Pilates, workshops, youth programming, mindfulness sessions, guest instructors, private bookings, and more.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring yourself. We provide mats, blocks, props, and complimentary water so you can simply arrive and settle in.

All classes and events are recommended to be booked online in advance.
